Description

The Main House consists of a large communal living and dining space, a gym, a large kitchen with new, modern appliances as well as a washer and dryer nook.

The 6 bedrooms in the Main House can accommodate 11-12 persons. Of the 6 bedrooms, 4 are equiped with ensuite bathrooms. Gardenia is the only bedroom which is location on the ground floor. The large sectional sofa in the great room can be extended to a pull out bed and can accommodate approx. 3-4 more persons if necessary. All bedrooms contain AC units, a mini fridge and a television with Firestick. 

The Cottage is an apartment connected to the Main House by a 3 car garage and consists of 2 bedrooms, Daisy and Rose. The Cottage is fully equiped with a communal living, dining and full kitchen area. It also has a washer and dryer in the shared bathroom. 

The bedrooms contain 2 single beds each, that if needed, can be joined to create a king beds. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom however, the other utilizes a shared bathroom that is located down the hall from this bedroom. 

The sofa in the Cottage can be converted to a pull out bed, if needed and sleeps 1-2 additional persons.

Daily Continental Breakfast is optional with this rental.

There is a 2 night minimum stay.

House Rules

Payments and Cancellations

Reservations and Event bookings require a 25% non-refundable deposit in order to secure the booking.

Full payment for accommodation is required 7 days prior to arrival. A 50% penalty is charged for cancellations made less than 7 days before to arrival. Full payment for event hosting is required the day before the event is scheduled to occur. Failure to remit payment in full will result in the automatic cancellation of the event.
