Description

The Main House consists of a large communal living and dining space, a gym, a large kitchen with new, modern appliances as well as a washer and dryer nook.

The 6 bedrooms in the Main House can accommodate 11-12 persons. Of the 6 bedrooms, 4 are equiped with ensuite bathrooms. Gardenia is the only bedroom which is location on the ground floor. The large sectional sofa in the great room can be extended to a pull out bed and can accommodate approx. 3-4 more persons if necessary.

All bedrooms contain AC units, a mini fridge and a television with Firestick.

Daily Continental Breakfast is optional with this rental.

There is a 2 night minimum stay.

NO smoking is allowed inside the Manor or Cottage.
NO pets are allowed on the property.
Any personal items left on the property are done so at your own risk.
As there are neighbours in close proximity to the Manor, please be mindful and act respectfully.
Use of the pools is only reserved for booked guests and or guests if an event is being hosted.
Excessively loud music is not allow on the property.
The security deposit is withheld if any damage to the property is realized after the stay. Any further cost required to replace any items damaged, or rectify any damages will be billed to the guest and is payable within 7 days of the invoice being sent.
NO other guests are allowed to stay in the rooms of the property that were not indicated in the guest list upon arrival or advised and approved of by the Property/Reservations Manager.
No nudity as defined by Barbadian laws shall be permitted in the common areas within the property or on the grounds, gazebo, pool area, bar or lounge.
House parties and social events, including dinners and family reunions and/or ANY activity that would involve non-registered guests being on property, are strictly prohibited without authorization from the Property/Reservation Manager prior to arrival.
Please ensure that all keys are returned to the Property/Reservation manager on departure.

Please ensure that you have read the full Privacy and Property Policies located on the website carefully before making your booking. Once payment is remitted for the booking, the renter agrees to the terns and conditions stated in the policies at the time of booking.

Payments and Cancellations

Reservations and Event bookings require a 25% non-refundable deposit in order to secure the booking.

Full payment for accommodation is required 7 days prior to arrival. A 50% penalty is charged for cancellations made less than 7 days before to arrival. Full payment for event hosting is required the day before the event is scheduled to occur. Failure to remit payment in full will result in the automatic cancellation of the event.

Location

Entering the Six Cross Roads roundabout from Emerald City Supermarket, take the first exit and travel on past Four Roads Medical Centre and the Reynold Weekes Primary School. Continue until you reach a four crossing. The Kirton's Rubis gas station will be before you on your right. Make the left turn and in the first corner enter No 1 Kirtons Road. Follow that road directly onto the property.
